Job Description This role involves providing supervision and leadership to skilled trades associates, ensuring the provision of production and facilities maintenance services at the Saukville plant in a safe, professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The position requires coordination with leadership of skilled trades associates from other departments in Power Systems, and vendors/contractors as needed. This is a first-shift position, requiring 40-45 hours per week, with possible additional time before/after shifts and on weekends to support operations as needed. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead skilled trades associates.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production and facilities maintenance services.
- Coordinate with leadership from other departments and vendors/contractors as needed.
- Provide technical guidance in areas including fabrication, welding, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC.
- Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance tasks.

- Technical, Associates, or Bachelors Degree in Supervisory Management, Maintenance, Engineering, or related field
- Previous supervisory experience in maintenance or a related technical field

- Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs
- 5+ years of maintenance experience
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility
