About the Role
The Community Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance and repair operations at Zekelmans FUZE Ballpark community in Glendale, AZ. This role ensures all facilities, equipment, and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained to support an exceptional living environment. The position leads a team of maintenance technicians and porters, manages vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

What Youll Do
Supervises maintenance technicians and porters, providing direction and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Reviews, assigns, and prioritizes work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance schedules
Diagnoses and resolves maintenance issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems
Oversees procurement of maintenance supplies and manages vendor relationships to control costs and improve service
Conducts regular property inspections and ensures compliance with pool/spa water quality regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety protocols
Who You Are
3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in property maintenance, with at least one year in a supervisory role
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or a related field preferred
Technical proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and pool operations
EPA 608 Certification required (Universal preferred); Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required; OSHA certification preferred
Experience with Yardi or similar maintenance management software
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license and eligibility to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Frequently stands, walks, climbs ladders, and navigates stairs during inspections and maintenance supervision
Able to bend, kneel, crouch, and operate hand tools safely and effectively
Clear vision and hearing for safety inspections and monitoring equipment
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
