POSITION(S): Substitute Maintenance Worker

WORK DAYS: On Call, As Needed
SALARY: $22.25 hourly rate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation from high school or its equivalent.
- ?Two years experience in general building maintenance.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- ?Knowledge of basic methods, materials and equipment used in maintenance trades; building plans and blueprints; safe work methods, practices and procedures.
- ?Ability to do general maintenance work; use the tools and equipment necessary in the repair of equipment and facilities; use a variety of hand and power tools, machines and equipment utilized in the building trades; maintain records and prepare reports as required; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; establish and maintain effective working relationships.
