Maintenance Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician for the 1st shift. This role primarily involves electrical troubleshooting and repairs to a variety of equipment including powder coating, painting, stamping, roll forming, CNC Trumpf lasers, and more. The position requires expertise in reading blueprints, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase. Experience with high line/voltage is essential. Responsibilities Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Troubleshoot up to 480v 3-phase and handle high line/voltage issues. Identify and resolve electrical issues, contacting relevant parties for problem resolution. Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot PLCs, focusing on relay logic. Essential Skills 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience. 10+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with presses or stamping equipment. 10+ years of electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase. Experience with heavy industrial electrical systems. Ability to assess high line/voltage issues. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Experience in troubleshooting PLCs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Journeyman Electrician or Electrical Certificates. Previous Arc Flash Training. Ability to troubleshoot Fanuc robots. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $74880.00/yr. -Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, 401k -Onsite clinic for employees + family if enrolled in PPO plan -Continuing education program with tuition reimbursement ($5200/yr or $10k if using their online affiliate) -PTO accrual program - 1.85hrs/wk = 12 days in your 1st year, weekly rate increases with tenure -Additional 8 hours of PTO for every 6 months completed without any attendance issues -Show reimbursement program -Uniforms provided if wanted -Gym reimbursements -Stable place to work!
