Maintenance Worker II - Swing Shift

The Maintenance Worker II - Swing Shift is a part time position with shifts scheduled on afternoons, midnights, some days, and includes weekends and holidays. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and security rounds on the campus of Copeland Oaks and Crandall Medical Center. This position works indoors and outdoors and includes being available when called to respond to weather and/or emergencies included but not limited to; snow removal, power outages, etc. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment and power tools in a safe, efficient manner. Will be required to change filters in all types of equipment including HVAC, understand and respond to annunciator panel alarms, understand disaster plans and respond to such, and respond to work orders in a timely fashion. Requires a good driving record and a valid Ohio drivers license. This position involves considerable standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, climbing, reaching above shoulder and lifting/carrying of items in excess of 50 pounds.
