Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic

**Summary:**

As a Warehouse Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. Youll also play a key role in maintaining facility systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Shift:**

- Regular Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Safety First:**Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) practices.

- **Preventive Maintenance:**Conduct regular maintenance on mechanical systems using manuals, diagrams, and technical knowledge.

- **Troubleshooting:**Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production and facility equipment (gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical controls).

- **Facility Support:**Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems.

- **Documentation and Communication:**Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, and keep accurate maintenance records.

- **Quality Control:**Ensure equipment operates to quality and safety standards.

- **Team Collaboration:**Be a reliable and professional team member willing to jump in where needed.

**Requirements:**

- **Must provide own tools**

- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)

- Strong hands-on experience with electrical controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, and gearboxes

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook); willing to learn internal systems

**Skills Needed:**

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Strong problem-solving and mechanical reasoning abilities

- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment, including forklifts

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment

**Work Environment:**
