We are seeking a Handy Man / Maintenance Tech / Re-Modeler to become part of our team. You will be working on both Single Family Rental Properties as well as Resale Properties.
You must have basic experience in home remodeling as well as basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. Prefer bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
You must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation (preferrably a truck).
This is not a temporary position. We are seeking someone that wants to hang their hat with our team for a long time, to always have work, is willing to learn and is a team player.
Compensation is $18.00-$25.00 per hour to start based upon knowledge, know-how, speed, experience and quality.
You must be reliable, trainable and have the ability to accept constructive criticism.
We work in the Dallas side of the Metroplex.
