Maintenance Supervisor

ROSS Companies is seeking your expertise & passion for exceptional customer services for an available Maintenance Supervisor opportunity.

As a Maintenance Supervisor you are the leader for our exceptional maintenance team. You will oversee and perform all maintenance repairs and duties independently, professionally and in a timely responsible manner. Delegating tasks and managing the workload are your top priorities. Your thorough knowledge of apartment maintenance and repairs will keep our communities performing their best. Bring your initiative, motivation and exceptional time management skills, as well.

The incumbent will possess maintenance experience in individual HVAC repair and preventative maintenance of individual or central plant equipment, appliance, plumbing and electrical systems and repairs, fire safety equipment and repairs, supervision and preparation of turnover apartments and flooring installations; Ability to oversee and perform all maintenance repairs and duties independently, professionally and in a timely responsible manner; Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to supervise 3+ maintenance personnel; Initiative and motivation to continue training to develop skills, preferred, (i.e. license and certifications); Exceptional organizational, time management, scheduling, and delegation skills; Exceptional leadership/supervisory and personnel development skills. CFC - Type 2 may be required. Must have a valid driver’s license, transportation to respond to emergency calls, and proof of motor vehicle insurance.

Some candidates for this position may not possess all of the above-mentioned qualifications and will be considered for employment based on background and experience. This position will require Saturday and possibly Sunday hours.
