Maintenance Mechanic Industrial

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Industrial to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Industrial

Location: Bellingham, WA

Pay Range: $30.00-DOE

What's the Job?

• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Inspect and repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Lubricate and clean parts, equipment, and machinery to maintain functionality.
• Set up and operate various metalworking tools to make and repair parts as needed.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Production Maintenance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and bagging machines.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand tools, including welding machines and power tools.
• Strong understanding of safety rules and maintenance instructions.
