Maintenance Worker Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Maintenance Worker/Technician position, under

limited supervision, performs general building upkeep and improvements

to our facility and other duties as assigned. Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with

maintenance as assigned, including on building interior/exterior and

machines, then logging the PM\'s in QT9. Notify management of necessary

building repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of routine

maintenance. Keep the property groomed by providing lawn care,

landscaping and pruning bushes. Keep the sidewalk swept/shoveled and

free of ice or debris. Keep the property free of trash and looking neat

and professional. Maintain tools and repair equipment in optimum working

condition. Drive to customer sites as requested to make deliveries.

Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris. Adhere to established

company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety

regulations. Competencies Mechanical Aptitude Decision Making

Thoroughness Results Driven Work Environment While performing the duties

of this job, the employee will be working in a production and office

environment. At times, the employee may be exposed to outdoor weather.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee

is regularly required to talk and hear. The position is very active and

requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching,

crawling and climbing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move

items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job

include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,

depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Travel This position

requires traveling locally for errands and making deliveries to customer

sites. Valid driver\'s license is required. Required Education and

Experience High School diploma or equivalent (GED). 2 Years of relevant

building maintenance experience. Experience using hand and electrical

tools. Preferred Education and Experience Welding, Plumbing,

Electromechanical, or Automation Experience. Two year degree or

certificate in Manufacturing Maintenance or Maintenance Technician or
