Property Maintenance Technician

Local property management company is seeking a **property maintance technician** whose core responsibilities include both interior and exterior property maintenane tasks of commercial properties.

**Daily duties:**

- upkeep and maintenance of commercial HVAC units of around properties along

- Interior and exterior building maintenance including drywall, painting, floor repairs, etc.

- Plumbing and Electrical tasks

- Landscaping

**Location:** Berkley, MI

**Shift:** Day Shift - Monday - Friday

**Pay:** $20-25/hr.

**An Ideal Candidate will possess the following: **

- 1+ year commercial property maintenance experience

- Proficient in HVAC Maintenance and repair

- Plumbing and electrical experience

- Must possess a valid Driver's license

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to work well with other colleagues.

- Ability to perform routine or non-complex maintenance tasks without assistance or supervision.
