We’re currently hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Install Technician to join our dedicated team. This role offers 40 hours per week, with occasional after-hours calls as needed. We provide competitive pay starting at $25+ (DOE), along with a strong benefits package that includes medical insurance, paid vacation, six paid holidays, and a SIMPLE retirement plan.

Applicants must have at least two years of HVAC installation experience, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and current CFC certification. Skills in sheet metal work and knowledge of air balancing techniques are required.
