- Maintain, install, and repair various electrical systems including building electrical systems, exterior property lighting, sports lighting and controls, and small liquid pumping systems and controls.
- Provide technical guidance and training to your peers.
- Ability to operate a bucket truck or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
- Initiate material lists, solicit cost estimates, and oversee the delivery of parts and materials to the storeroom(s) or job sites.
- Operation and repair of electrical equipment associated with mid-level to large commercial/public facilities.
Work Hours: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. *On-Call Required.
About You:
Minimum Qualifications :
- A High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Three (3) years of experience, education, training, or any combination of experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical trade in facility service and maintenance.
- A valid Florida Drivers License at the time of hire.
Physical Demands: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
CJIS Clearance: The successful candidate will be subject to an extensive background check(s) as a part of the hiring process.
About Everything Else:
Starting Pay Range: $21.54 (step 1) - $23.54 (step 4) , depending on experience/qualifications.
