Mechanic/ Electricians Needed

Our team is growing, and were looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician with electrical experience and a strong background in repairing commercial ovens, stoves, and related kitchen equipment.

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, reliable technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of electric and gas restaurant equipment, with a focus on ovens, stoves, fryers, and related appliances. Electrical troubleshooting skills are a must. You'll be responsible for traveling to client locations, performing on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and gas-operated kitchen equipment (ovens, ranges, stoves, fryers, etc.).
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
Accurately diagnose equipment issues and determine necessary repairs.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and maintenance suggestions.
Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance and deliver exceptional service at every job site.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in electrical work and/or commercial kitchen equipment repair.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of gas and electric appliances.
Tools Provided

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred:

EPA 608 certification (for refrigerant handling) is a plus.
Previous experience with Vulcan, Southbend, Blodgett, or other major restaurant equipment brands.
HVAC experience a plus but not required.
