Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
The Plant Maintenance Technician will work with the most advanced freeze dry technology in the world, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality products to our customers. **Responsibilities**
+ Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment including boilers, chillers, vacuum pumps, water pumps, packaging equipment, ammonia refrigeration systems, and electrical systems up to 480V.
+ Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills for troubleshooting and repairing production machines.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
+ Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience as a maintenance technician with skills in electrical, mechanical, repair, hydraulics, troubleshooting, and pneumatics.
+ Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing at least two of the following equipment systems: Ammonia Refrigeration, Vacuum Pumps, Water Pumps, Packaging Equipment, or Electrical Repairs up to 480V.
+ Knowledge in preventive maintenance and industrial PLC troubleshooting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with ammonia refrigeration, vacuum pumps, water pumps, and packaging equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
