Maintenance Mechanic Job Description Seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Mechanic for a plastic injection molding facility responsible for ensuring optimal operation of machinery while adhering to safety and maintenance standards. This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, maintain accurate maintenance records, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Essential Skills 4+ years industrial maintenance and preventive maintenance experience. 4+ years troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and bearings. Ability to read/interpret mechanical and hydraulic blueprints. Own tool box and set of basic tools (specialty tools provided). Formal training, degree, or certification required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Maintenance experience with plastic injection equipment. Industrial Certificates or Degrees. Ability to troubleshoot 480v 3-phase.
