Maintenance Mechanic

Perform a wide variety of journeyman level plumbing, electrical, and carpentry building and equipment maintenance and repair work on JCHA apartments and buildings. The individual may participate in the installation and repair of water and sewer lines and other maintenance and repair projects in which more than one person is required. Prepare records of work performed and supplies used. After training period, this job requires incumbents to be on call on nights, weekends, and holidays periodically.
