Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, along with a solid understanding of root cause analysis (RCA) and rubber or plastic injection molding machinery. Supervisory experience is preferred, as this role may involve leading small teams or mentoring junior technicians. This role requires several soft skills including independence, dependability, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

salary: $62,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
  
  
• Perform maintenance on injection molding machines, including calibration and rebuilds.
  
  
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate equipment failures.
  
  
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
  
  
• Train and guide junior mechanics.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 20lbs

standing for 2 hours at one time
