Experienced Maint Tech/Handyman Wanted

Looking for a Part-time Handyman or Maintenance Tech for a privately owned 64-unit property. Must have prior and thorough experience; knowledge of General maintenance, specifically in apartments/condos (preferred). Perfect for a retired person or someone wanting a flexible 2nd job. *Must be available for turns at the beginning and end of each month- no painting involved. Typical work week will be 10hrs weekly of general maintenance to include Tenant, Building and Property needs. *Must be available to respond to emergencies as needed. *Must live in the Rochester area but not required to live on site. Compensation is 10hrs weekly @ $30 per hour. *In addition to general maintenance: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Appliance knowledge/experience is strongly preferred.
