• High School Diploma or GED
• Four (4) years of related experience

• Journeyman Electrician License

• Answers requests via the work order manager application.
• Coordinates work with other departments and subcontractors.
• Performs work on high and low voltage power equipment, hydraulic equipment and electrical controls.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs electrical circuits, conduits, and panels.
• Responds to fire alarm and elevator troubles.
• Maintains and repairs interior and exterior building lighting.
• Maintains and repairs parking lot and pathway lighting.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and parts and requests additional items as necessary per job project.

• Requires walking, standing, stooping, lifting, pushing or raising objects, exerting between 20 to 30 pounds of force on a recurring basis.
• Requires being exposed to indoor and outdoor temperatures and working at heights up to approximately 40 feet.
• Can multi-task, utilize time management and be well organized and flexible.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and/or in groups.
• Ability to use a computer to record work time, retrieve work order requests, and submit requests for leave through established software applications.
