What You'll Do As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team responsible for the upkeep and optimization of our facility. You'll be responsible for: Inspiring and guiding the maintenance crew to achieve operational excellence. Overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventive and predictive planning. Troubleshooting and resolve issues with conveyors, hydraulic motors, PLCs, and saw machines. Driving continuous improvement strategies to boost uptime and reduce costs. Collaborating closely with production teams to align maintenance with business goals. Managing inventory and ensure safety protocols are always met. What You'll Bring 5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including PLC troubleshooting. Proven ability to manage teams, resources, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sawmill operations is a big plus.
