**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both gasoline and diesel engines and have hands-on experience servicing and repairing a variety of equipment, from small-scale tools to large construction machinery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and diesel-powered vehicles.

- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service schedules

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems

- Keep a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols

**Perform routine and complex maintenance on equipment including, but not limited to:**

- Zero Turn mowers

- Trailers

- Skid steers

- Mini excavators

- Boom lifts

- Dump trucks/snow equipment/attachments

- Routine maintenance on company vehicles

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a mechanic working with gas and diesel engines.

- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Experience with both small equipment (e.g., mowers, trailer) and heavy machinery (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators, boom lifts, dump trucks).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Must have own tools or access to necessary tools.

- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
