This role involves maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of the property to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. Carry out plumbing repairs and installations. Maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr. 100% paid health insurance premiums 2 weeks vacation Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Oconomowoc,WI.
