HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading player in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting the Facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Woburn, MA

Pay Range: $30/hr. - $36/hr.

What's the Job?

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC systems.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while working under close supervision.
• Deliver your output by adhering to defined procedures and processes.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
