Job Summary Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Heavy Commercial Centrifugal & Chiller systems. Teardown experience is a plus. Things we offer you in this position include - Company vehicle & cell phone Full-time Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan 401K Savings Plan On - Call bonus 8 paid holidays & Paid Time Off Manufacture Training Area of service: Dallas surrounding area Essential Duties Service, Operates, Maintains and Troubleshoots more complex Chillers (air - cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, water - cooled chillers) systems. Ability to do full teardown. Coordinates work processes on large projects. Performs disassembly and reassembly of large commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment. Completes service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls as directed. Develops long-term relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction. Ability to provide customer solutions to customers. Communicates and documents project status to all project stakeholders. Participates in technician on-call-stand-by rotation as dictated by business unit policies and procedures. Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers. Safely operates motor vehicles and trailers as evidenced by past driving performance record. Meets requirements of fleet safety and driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements. Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle. Able to work effectively with app-based software. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 10+ years of experience Centrifugal Chiller Theory Full teardown is required Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required Proficient in reading complex schematics and prints Able to perform as a self-managed individual Must be able to display a professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capabilities.
