Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of all industrial equipment throughout the manufacturing facility. This role requires a mechanically-focused individual with a dedication to ensuring operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
+ Conduct repairs and general upkeep of machinery within the facility.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure seamless production processes.
+ Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance.
+ Utilize mechanical skills to support the production team.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
+ Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance practices.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in the printing industry is a plus.
+ Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
+ Welding skills are beneficial.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
For this role, you would also be eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus upon being in the role for 90 days (excludes internal employees)
Compensation: 2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour, 3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour, and a bonus plan
