Facility Maintenance Technician

Summary: Seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician experienced in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for equipment maintenance and repair.

• Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 10 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience

• Responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing lines with mechanical adjustments and repairs
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Repair and maintain machinery including boilers, scrubbers, chillers
  • Conduct facility and building maintenance tasks
  • Perform light electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Execute plumbing repairs using various materials
  • Troubleshoot and repair valves, pumps, clutches, belts, motors
  • Organize spare parts inventory and tools within the facility
  • Maintain waste treatment process equipment
  • Adhere to company policies, safety rules, certifications standards

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
