Skilled Building Maintenance Technician Needed!

Location: Syracuse, NY
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday Friday
Pay: $20 $25 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with basic experience in Electrical, HVAC, &/or Carpentry to join our team in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering stable work and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment
  
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues
  
• Assist in installation, assembly, and general upkeep of building systems
  
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols

Requirements:

• Basic experience with electrical, HVAC, &/or carpentry
  
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders if needed
  
• Reliable transportation, a clean license and strong work ethic a MUST!
