We're looking for a Groundskeeper / Light Maintenance Technician to help us keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained. This part-time role is perfect for someone with experience in light maintenance and general upkeep who takes pride in their work and wants to make a difference in our community. What You'll Do : Keep outdoor areas, hallways, and public spaces clean and trash-free Perform basic maintenance work like : Changing light bulbs Small plumbing repairs Painting and drywall touch-ups Replacing air filters Help with cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents Assist with basic pool upkeep (we'll train you if needed!)
