Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic II Location: Pecos, TX Area Department: Onshore Production Operations Field Office: Pecos, TX Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to support operations in the Pecos, TX area. This role involves performing a variety of mechanical tasks related to the repair, modification, and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and may assist senior mechanics with equipment disassembly, part replacement, and reassembly. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery. Assist senior mechanics with complex repairs and equipment overhauls. Replace or repair worn or defective parts. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Requirements: Must provide own tools and a standard 3/4-ton truck. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Schedule: Work Days: Wednesday to Friday Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch) Days Off: Saturday to Tuesday Certifications & Safety Requirements: Required: PEC Safeland Certification (must be obtained prior to start; upload proof to Fieldglass). Role-Specific: ANSI Z390.1-2017 instructor-led H2S training (as applicable).
