Handyman/Mechanic Machine Maintenance

I am looking for a part time employee or contractor with a mechanic or handyman background. Looking for somebody skilled with welding, light fabrication, general machine maintenance, belts, chains, electric motors, light electrical, painting, chain link fencing and not afraid of heights. The job would be flexible hours that work with your schedule, but must be in the mornings before we open. We open during the week at noon and Friday-Sunday at 10 am. I am open to a contractor/1099 position or an employee. Must be available weekly, extremely reliable, work safely, be trustworthy and easy to work with. I can train on the machine maintenance, but you must already know how to weld different type of metals, use power and hand tools, use a multimeter, diagnose basic electrical issues, change belts, etc. The job would include weekly maintenance of the equipment, general cleaning and blowing off of the facilities, pressure washing, and projects as assigned. We have a large fabrication project starting and I need to get this person in place. Please reach out if you think this is a fit.
