Join Our Growing Maintenance Team as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor!

Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Regional Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Position: Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Central & South Florida Region

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with some weekends needed

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property upkeep and maintenance
  • Work with Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance teams in assigned region
  • Maintain curb appeal to RPS standards
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of buildings and grounds
  • Recommend and promote training for team members
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
  • Report unusual circumstances regarding the properties
  • Wear the required RPS uniform and maintain a professional image
  • Uphold RPS policies and demonstrate exceptional customer service
  • Seek educational opportunities for personal growth
  • Work within budgetary guidelines for purchasing supplies and services
  • Participate in ongoing property preventative maintenance plans
  • Complete required tasks in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school or industry-related courses preferred
  • Experience:
  • Minimum five (5) years of maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Skills & Certifications:
  • Knowledge of maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, etc.
  • EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license required.
  • Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License may be required
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
