**ROLE**

General Maintenance Worker (Full Time)

**SCHEDULE**

Monday-Friday

11:00 pm-7:30 am

**ALTERNATE SCHEDULE**

Available to work all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays

**LOCATION**

Hines, Illinois

**JOB DUTIES**

As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be expected to:

perform preventive maintenance on facility operational systems and

equipment as directed;

perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, from basic repairs such as

repairing faucet leaks or replacing light bulbs, to more complex jobs

such as plumbing and carpentry.

analyze and solve complex problems related to operational systems of a

complex facility;

respond appropriately to operational problems beyond resolution in

emergency/non-emergency situations;

perform such physical activities as: using your hands to handle,

control, or feel objects, tools, or controls; standing for long periods

of time; walking or running for long periods of time; bending or

twisting your body; repeating the same movements; kneeling, stooping,

crouching, or crawling; and

perform other related duties as assigned.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Previous experience in building maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**

Must be authorized to work in the US

Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Must pass a pre-employment background check

No remote work options

**COMPENSATION**

\$26.84 per hour
