Maintenance Mechanic

Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic ?? Location: Miami Lake ?? Pay: Up to $21/hour (based on experience) ? Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | 3 shift.

ProLogistix is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a reputable manufacturing facility specializing in plastics injection molding. We’re looking for a motivated, safety-oriented professional who is ready to bring their technical skills and reliability to a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a plastics injection molding manufacturing environment

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Certificate or diploma in a related industrial or maintenance field

• Completion of an industrial maintenance apprenticeship is a plus

• Proven experience with industrial maintenance , particularly corrective/breakdown repair

• Strong knowledge of electric & hydraulic schematics and proven troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read, understand, and apply electrical and hydraulic blueprints

• Own basic standard and metric tools/toolbox

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Trade school education in hydraulics or electrical systems

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities

• Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision

• A self-motivated team player with a “can-do” attitude

• Dedicated to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Use schematics and blueprints to diagnose equipment issues

• Maintain maintenance logs and safety records

• Support production to ensure equipment uptime and performance
