Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Technician
(Shared Role – TownePlace Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, SpringHill Suites & DoubleTree)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the engineering teams across multiple hotel properties within the Springfield area. This unique opportunity provides a consistent schedule while offering variety in the work environment.

Schedule & Locations:

• Sunday & Monday : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM at TownePlace Suites South (TPSS)
• Additional days and locations may be available depending on your availability and property needs (e.g., Hilton Garden Inn, SpringHill Suites, DoubleTree)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, etc.)
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• Respond promptly to guest service requests
• Maintain safety standards and ensure property compliance
• Collaborate with Chief Engineers and GMs at each assigned property

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred
• Comfortable working at multiple locations on a set schedule
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Flexible and able to communicate effectively with different teams
