Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and upgrading various equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance and recording the results, inspecting, repairing, installing, modifying, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and upgrade equipment.
+ Perform preventative maintenance and record results.
+ Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment, including electrical systems, circuits, and support equipment.
+ Source replacement parts for equipment repairs.
+ Organize maintenance supplies and inventory.
+ Respond to emergency breakdowns and phone calls during off hours.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude required.
+ Experience with basic PLC and industrial schematic troubleshooting.
+ Welding (MIG or Stick) experience.
+ Oxygen/Acetylene torch cutting experience.
+ Experience with compressed air systems, pumps, and motors.
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical up to 460V.
+ Ability to read and understand schematics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong industrial electrical skills are a plus.
+ Millwright experience is a plus.
+ Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Plumbing experience.
+ Proficient knowledge and use of hand and power tools.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to withstand manufacturing working conditions.
+ 2 Year Degree or 3 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
