Maintenance Electrician**
**Job Description**
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous improvement of safety, quality, and productivity. Inspect, maintain, and repair low/medium voltage motor control systems for plant equipment. Conduct motor drive system preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on Siemens and Rockwell families of drive systems. Troubleshoot equipment using PLC interface for diagnostics. Assist in the installation, start-up, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with minimum Safety & Operational requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance for plant equipment.
+ Inspect, maintain, and repair low/medium voltage motor control systems.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for Siemens and Rockwell drive systems.
+ Use PLC interface for equipment diagnostics.
+ Assist with installation, start-up, and commissioning of new equipment.
+ Ensure all operations and utilities equipment meet Safety & Operational requirements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to troubleshoot and read ladder logic in PLC systems.
+ Understanding of PLC inputs/outputs, motor control, and ladder logic.
+ Proficiency in using Allen Bradley controls.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associates degree or equivalent experience.
+ 1-5 years of experience in heavy industrial environments.
+ Military-equivalent electronics training and certification, or high school diploma with 3+ years of electronic maintenance and repair experience.

$170 for steel toed boots whenever they need new pair.
