MAINTENANCE STAFF
Lead Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified)
Full-Time
Recommended hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday
Required to be on call on a rotating schedule with team
$25/hour
About the Role:
Senior Star is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Maintenance Technician to support the overall safety, functionality, and curb appeal of our community. This position plays a key role in maintaining both interior and exterior areas and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to community buildings and grounds
Complete all maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure apartments are move-in ready, including inspection and repair
Replace A/C filters, pull cords, and smoke alarms regularly
Conduct scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks
Monitor and address HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance needs
Support safety standards in alignment with Senior Star's mission and values
Requirements:
HVAC Skills and Certification (Required)
Strong plumbing experience
Carpentry Skills
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
today and help us create a safe and welcoming home for our residents!
