Electrical Maintenance Technician West Chester Manufacturing

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance and engineering team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electrical and electronic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electronics, PLCs, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and control systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Install, configure, and calibrate instrumentation and control devices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in Paper and Packaging Industry, preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 operation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $35.00/hr. or more, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
