Maintaining grounds, common areas, and parking area - free of debris, mowing grass, weeding, fertilization, etc.

Provide maintenance related support in Marisol units.

Must have basic knowledge in areas of - appliance repair/ installation, HVAC systems maintenance, general carpentry concepts, electrical concepts and safety procedures consistent with OSHA.

Cleaning the pool and insuring all equipment functions properly.

Report any concerns to Manager/ office personnel.

Effective communication skills are critical.

Great deal of physical endurance is required.

May include responsibilities such as assisting guest and/or booking reservations.

After hours/ on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

Please note employee may be asked to perform task not outlined in job description.

Must have 2 years experience

Must have reliable transportation

Paid bi-weekly

Work will be at the Island

*Bilingual English - Spanish preferred.

*Strong maintenance skills, landscaping, CPO certified preferred, HVAC II/ Universal preferred, and On-call responsibilities.
