Live-In Maintenance and Janitorial Building Superintendent

Janitorial and maintenance of a 193-unit seniors rental building along with another couple.
Must be able to work well with seniors and have a friendly disposition.
Perform maintenance, e.g. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair is required.
Responsible for Suite repairs and maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas.
