Maintenance Operative - Static Site 16-20 per hour | 8am-5pm | 3-Month Contract (Potential Temp-to-Perm) We're working with a respected client who is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative for a static commercial site in Southampton. This is a three-month contract with real potential to become a permanent role for the right person. About the Role: You'll be part of a small on-site team carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and general building maintenance across a modern commercial facility. The work is varied and hands-on, so we're looking for someone confident with a wide range of basic maintenance tasks from minor repairs and servicing to keeping the site operating smoothly day to day.
