Responsibilities

We are looking for a hardworking and results oriented Internal Maintenance Supervisor to join TEAM BLEAU! You will be responsible for the efficient and orderly management and maintenance of all public area and internal work spaces for the property.

Examples of Duties , includes but is not limited to the following :
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all public and internal work spaces.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all public areas and that all work is done properly, safely, and in accordance with the established quality standards.
  • Perform daily area and equipment inspections and complete, for submission, inspection forms to improve the quality control of the service standards.
  • Apprise Internal Maintenance Manager of any equipment repairs and coordinate pick-up and/or delivery of all equipment.
  • Complete daily work schedules as well as log daily special projects, completed or not, which improve property appearance and provide a clean safe environment for the guest and staff.
  • Maintain adequate shift coverage by scheduling employees for shifts.
  • Administer direction and supervision to staff as needed.
  • Assist with administering disciplinary action, as required.
  • Ensure employees are trained in Company standards, procedures, and daily one-on-one training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
    • Bilingual highly desirable.
    • Previous relevant experience preferred. One year supervisory experience preferred.
    • High school education or equivalent.
