Immediate need for maintenance supervisor seeking paid holidays, 401 k and PTO .At least 5 years working directly with building systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc, 2+ years in a supervisor role and can confidently manage outside vendors, prioritize tasks, and make sure things are running smoothly , Bilingual (Spanish/English)-needs to be fluent in both languages to communicate effectively with tenants, staff, and vendors across all properties and Valid drivers license and reliable transportation will be keys to success in this growing organization. Will be responsible for supervising day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple high-end commercial properties, managing vendor relationships and ensure quality control on all contracted services, ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and safely and maintaining inventory and order supplies as needed for Real Estate/Property Management company.
