looking for a qualified individual to join our team.
Up to $40.00/hr, based on experience

Title
Lead Diesel Mechanic

Requirements
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Must possess or be able to obtain a class A CDL with current Fed Med Card and clean record
Must be able to lift 50Lbs
Must have advanced set of tools
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to fill out daily work reports
Must have 5 years of experience

Must Be:
Willing to direct staff and be able to work with others
Willing to report directly to equipment manager
Willing to work overtime
Able to follow and enforce all company procedures and policies
Able to receive work and dispatch staff via telephone text on a daily basis
Safety and damage conscience
Able to work outside in all weather conditions if needed
Expert knowledge of equipment and trucks
Knowledge in electrical, hydraulics, engines, air systems, welding, and fabrication
Able to diagnose, repair and inspect equipment and trucks in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Able to communicate and collaborate with equipment manager.
