Maintenance Worker

Performs light carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks;
Prepare and complete maintenance requests, work orders and updating daily logs as necessary.
Maintains casino grounds and RV park by performing landscaping duties which inlcudes: mowing, raking, and burning leaves, planting flowers and shrubs, pruning trees, fertilizing and watering lawn and flower beds, pool/water park, and weeds removal.
Salts sidewalks and driveways, shovels and removes snow from casino, RV and administrative parking lot and sidewalks.
Mows grass, waters lawns, feeds and trims shrubs, tends flower beds and inspects assigned work areas regularly to insure proper standards are maintained.
Operates lawn and grounds equipment, such as power mowers and snow blowers.
Performs minor mechanical work and adjustments on lawn and grounds equipment.
Picks up and empties and removes trash and refuse.
Performs hand painting as directed.
Replaces various kinds of light bulbs, normally at heights of 12 feet or less.
Conducts repairs and maintenance reviews on vehicles and equipment.
Moves furniture and equipment.
Transports and deliver supplies and other light items.
Completes duties are prioritized on the duty roster.
Attends departmental staff meetings.
Adheres to department procedures and casino policies.
