**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated **Heavy Equipment Technician** to join our team on 1st Shift. This position involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of heavy industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with **hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines** in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair **mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues** on heavy equipment.
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions independently.
+ **Maintain accurate records** of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Troubleshooting skills
+ Experience with heavy equipment
+ Knowledge of **electrical and hydraulic systems**
+ Repair and engine repair expertise
+ Familiarity with **diesel and farm equipment**
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $73850.00/yr.
