Local Self Storage company is hiring a Part-Time or Full-Time Grounds and Maintenance Assistant to support our Lead Technician with essential upkeep across multiple self-storage sites. This isn't your average mow-and-go gigthis is hands-on work that helps keep our facilities looking sharp, operating smoothly, and standing tall. What You'll Be Doing: Assisting with property maintenance and minor repairs. Supporting larger grounds projects like retention pond clearing, tree trimming, and brush control. Riding along or meeting on-site to help mow, edge, weed-eat, and clean up. Helping inspect storage units, gates, and grounds for safety or repair needs. Occasionally hauling equipment and materials between sites. Providing a second set of hands on big repair days (like fixing door springs or trimming large trees). What We're Looking For: Dependable, hard-working, and ready to learn. Comfortable with outdoor work in various weather conditions. Handy with tools or interested in gaining experience in maintenance. Able to lift 50+ lbs and follow safety procedures. Has reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between local Austin, Dripping Springs, Pflugerville and Georgetown sites. Why Work With Us?
