Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is working with a Healthcare Real Estate firm that is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a Medical Office Building in Mullica Hill, NJ. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day repairs and maintenance of several properties. This is a full time direct hire position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

Perform building maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditions (HVAC), plumbing.

Conduct property inspections and input to facility database. Respond to problems and concerns from tenants, visitors, and owners and respond to each in a prompt and professional manner according to company policy.

Assist in responding to all emergency situations and perform tasks necessary for the well-being and protection of the property and occupants.

Requirements

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial maintenance.

Valid driver's license.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently with little or no on-site supervision.

Ability to respond to on-call issues 24/7.

HVAC certification preferred.

- 8am - 5PM

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
