TS Power Plant - Process Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for a Process Maintenance Mechanic at our TS Power Plant operation.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and rebuild Power Plant equipment to include pumps, piping and fans, in addition to preventative and predictive maintenance routes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Four (4) years as a journeyman in industrial maintenance or two (2) years maintenance school (completed with certificate) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability experience in maintaining processing equipment including fans, conveyor belts and various pumps. Preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work from blueprints and drawings preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repair on all pumps, valves, pulverizes and conveyor systems preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and rebuild gearboxes and pumps including centrifugal and positive displacement preferred.
• Experience in TIG, Stick and MIG welding carbon and stainless steel preferred.
• Millwright skills to include: hydraulic systems and alignments preferred.
• Fabrication, machining and pipe welding skills preferred.
• Excellent safety and attendance record required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job required.
